Shipping and Refund Policy

Please review our shipping, cancellation, return, and exchange conditions before placing an order.

Shipping Lead Time

Orders are usually shipped on the day after the order date. Delivery time may vary depending on the carrier, customs clearance, and local postal conditions.

Order Cancellation

Customer-convenience cancellations are generally not accepted. If you need to request cancellation, contact inq@artisan-jp.com immediately with your order number. Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges may be accepted only if you contact us within 8 days after receiving the product and we confirm that the conditions are met. For mousepads, this applies to physical glide problems such as tears on the surface or unevenness caused by foreign matter.

Not Eligible

  • Minor stitch fraying or finish differences
  • Slight color differences
  • Sensor tracking issues caused by mouse compatibility
  • Returns without prior approval
  • Requests made more than 8 days after delivery

Wrong Order Exchange

For customer order mistakes, exchange may be possible if you contact us within 8 days after delivery and the product is unopened. Round-trip shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
