Application

These terms apply to all relationships between customers and ARTISAN concerning use of this service. Additional notices or individual rules form part of these terms.

Sales Contract

A sales contract is formed when a customer places an order and ARTISAN accepts it. Payment, delivery, ownership transfer, and risk transfer follow the conditions set by ARTISAN.

Prohibited Acts

• Acts that violate laws or public order
• Fraudulent orders, false information, or impersonation
• Purchases intended for resale or other uses ARTISAN deems inappropriate
• Acts that infringe rights of ARTISAN, customers, or third parties
• Acts that interfere with service operation

Service Changes or Suspension

ARTISAN may change, suspend, or discontinue service content when necessary.

Disclaimer

ARTISAN takes care with product and site information, but is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for damages caused by typographical errors, display issues, network failures, or external service failures.

Personal Information

Personal information obtained through this service is handled according to the ARTISAN Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
