Additional Charges
Shipping fees, payment fees, and other necessary charges may apply and will be shown at checkout or in the payment instructions.
Import duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, and other charges required by the destination country or carrier are the responsibility of the customer unless they are explicitly prepaid at checkout.

International checkout supports credit card and PayPal. Available methods may vary depending on the order details and system status.
Payment Timing

Shipping
Orders are shipped from Japan. Available carriers may include DHL, UPS, EMS, or other services depending on the destination and service status.
Orders are usually shipped on the day after the order date. Delivery time may vary depending on the carrier, customs clearance, local delivery, and local postal conditions.
Order Validity and Cancellation
If payment cannot be confirmed, or if the order cannot be fulfilled due to stock, pricing, payment, delivery, address, or fraud-prevention reasons, ARTISAN may cancel the order.
Customer-requested cancellation is generally not accepted after order confirmation. Once the order has shipped and a tracking number has been issued, cancellation is not available.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges for customer convenience are generally not accepted.
If ARTISAN determines that an unused and unopened product may be returned or exchanged, the customer must contact us within 8 days after delivery. In that case, return shipping, reshipping, customs clearance fees, and refund-related fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 8 days after delivery with the order number and information showing the issue.
If ARTISAN confirms the defect or incorrect shipment, ARTISAN will handle replacement or refund. In that case, return shipping and reshipping costs required by ARTISAN will be covered by ARTISAN.
Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Requests made more than 8 days after delivery
- Used products
- Products damaged or stained due to customer handling, storage, or use
- Products missing accessories, packaging, invoices, or other included items
- Minor stitch fraying or finish differences
- Slight color differences
- Sensor tracking issues caused by mouse compatibility
- Products for which ARTISAN cannot confirm a defect or incorrect shipment
- Returns sent without prior approval
Refunds
Refunds, when applicable, are generally made through the original payment method. Refund timing depends on the payment provider, card issuer, financial institution, and related processing conditions.
